NV Bill AB-385 not only puts thousands of people out of jobs it will greatly exacerbate the cost of getting laser hair removal and IPL treatments done. We believe that things need to be regulated by technicians taking a state test to perform these treatments. This bill is so stringent and is started by doctors that want to put good clinics out of business so they can make more profit. This bill is disguised as a bill protecting patients but truly it's a bill about making more money for doctors. It's not about who's doing these elective non-invasive procedures it's about the training.
