We the people urge that Colin Johnson, our revered fellow employee, drops his plan to attend only briefly at his going away bash at The King & Castle, Windsor on the 30th September and stays until the bitter end, thus getting Properly Trolleyed. We understand that Colin has a flight the next morning from Heathrow but do not accept that he needs to limit himself to a half of Red Stripe, drive back to Shepherd's Bush in order to pack his bags and get his beauty sleep. 

The petition proposition is that he does the following; leaves his car in W12, checks into one of the numerous cheap hotels in the Heathrow environs, leaves his bags there for the night, comes and gets Properly Trolleyed in Windsor, goes back to the cheap hotel, sleeps it off and then takes a cab to the airport the following morning.

As an addendum to the proposition and as penance for his presumption, we also feel the entire night's bill should be on him. This may be pushing the matter but it's worth a punt.. Please voice your support for the proposition.
