    Comments: I own a business and I know that the customer is not always right. You did not have to fire her, you could have just talked to her about it. Do you fire employees every time a customer complains?

    Comments: I think it is a shame that you fired your employee for the wrong doing of a patron. Your employee did not violate the right of your patron. Your patron freely and openly wrote a note and signed her name to it. She obviously meant for it to be read. Regardless of what she pays God, she should have paid your employee/server for the service she provided. Shame on you for not appreciating your employee and standing by what is right. The customer is NOT always right.

You are your employees and without their hard work you are nothing. You don't need customers like Pastor Bell, you need customers like myself and my father, but you're losing us.

    Comments: Applebees food is as bad...no...worst...than that pastors social skills and religious up bringing. I've refused to eat there after my first experience there, but will continue to ask everyone I know to do the same. Sad food, sad wages, pathetic place to eat!
