    Comments: Please do not let the prospect of profit or increased tax revenue be the deciding factor in regards to allowing the mine to proceed. These are short term benefits of this mine and we the people of Kamloops and British Columbia will be forced to live with the long term environmental and health consequences for the rest of our lives as will our children and grandchildren.

    Comments: I have written many letters on this subject. To sum up I completely agree with the mandate of this web site for all thr reasons stated. This mine is far too near residences and when you discuss this with anyone out of the City, they find it incomprehensible and ludicrous that such a proposal is being taken seriously. I'm also concerned that Ajax is a relatively new Mining Company and if the devastation they've left behind is finding an alternate route to the Coquihala is any example of their work, then we're really doomed.
