Stop ACTA's unconstitutional infringement on our rights. They threaten our freedom of speech through censorship of the internet and the threat that your computer could be searched at any time. The law currently is that a warrant is needed to search your computer, but ACTA is a treaty and it circumvents the constitution and wants to take away our rights. ISP's will be forced to monitor our online actions and report anything suspicious. Not only will this severely limit out internet rights it will cost money that will come out of our pockets! Essentially it permits: -Internet cencorship -Searching and confiscating iPods and computers without giving a reason -Arrests based on what we search on the internet -Monitoring our online actions -Blocking websites deemed unacceptable (who decides what is acceptable?) -Banning peer to peer technology -Permanent banning from the internet
