Comments: A politician in VA was found guilty for using inmates in his commercial. Greer has gone beyond that in using county employees and county property. He had no right to this. Like every other person running for office, he should have used his donations. His supporters have bragged about how much he was given so there was no excuse to cross the line like he did.

Comments: The above barely scratches the surface when it comes to uncovering the many (and unceasing) egregious criminal acts against, and violations of the public trust committed by this extremely corrupt official, but since this petition is limited to just the above, and since I also agree with it, I hereby sign it!

Name: Mrs. Mary LaFrancis RN Retired on Sep 15, 2006
Comments: I am a Florida native, born in Gainesville and RN from St. Vincent's in Jacksonville. I see Terri Schindler Schiavo's cruel and unjust court ordered killing as an atrocity of all time, to the peril of many including me at age 71. I drove down from Iowa non stop twice to save Terri helping with the campaign of Atry. Jan Govan against the judge Greer who never once saw Terri, denied her even the most reasonable pleas and appeals. Many of the people I spoke with at the polls said that they didn't like what Greer was doing to Terri and voted for Govan. If he had run I have no doubt that she would be alive and making progress today! I wrote the judge and observed his manner in court at all hearings the last 3 weeks and wrote an account "Charade in Court". He certainly was not impartial........ HE SHOULD BE IMPEACHED AND DISBARRED! i AMN SORELY ASHAMED OF MY NATIVE STATE........THE CAMPAIGN VIOLATIONS ARE ONLY THE BEGINNING..........ABUSE OF LAW, THE INNOCENT........ HIS (AND ALL THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR TERRI'S MURDER) TURN WILL COME, FOR WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND! MAN;S LAW MUST BE ROOTED IN AND FLOW FROM GOD'S LAW! GOD HAVE MERCY, TERRI FORGIVE US!

Comments: This was a mercinery disregard for a human life which borders on criminal intent and Judge Greer should not have talked about the case before his official rulings to Sheriff Everett Rice and his Iranian buddies over lunch which were under investigation with the FDLE for possible terrorist activity.

Comments: I think its time we appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Carla Iyer Sauer's fraudelant multiple affidavits that were passed around the internet. As a nurse she broke state laws by discussing the case openly then committed slander to gain her 15 minutes of fame. The next step is to investigate people like Gordon Wayne Watts for stalking multiple people associated with this case. Then after that we could appoint a special prosecutor to investigate congress for breaking the law and creating a law that benefitted one person. While we're at it people like Mel Martinez should be investigated for trying to score brownie points with his base by using this case as a wedge issue. Finally we should investigate those who create petitions such as this and get out of state signatures, which are invalid, to try to remove random judges from their position because they don't agree with the outcomes of the case.

Comments: I think that Michael Schaivo should be ashamed of himself for killing his first wife, just so he could support his second wife and children so his lazy behind would not have to work for the rest of his life, and he could live off Terri's money, who died at his hands. Talk about abuse of public trust, how about abuse of helpless women who are not in a state to defend themselves.
