Sussex Student Law Body
The Sussex Student Law Body (SLB) is a student society registered with the University of Sussex Students’ Union, independently run by law students for law students. Committee members are elected annually in accordance with our constitution.
The Body is organized with three main departments: education, entertainments and sponsorship. As a whole, these departments are collectively responsible for providing students with a variety of events aimed at improving academics, professional development, networking and social skills.
We also encourage non-elected members and first year students to get involved with the Body, which gives them vital experience and lays the groundwork for turning over the Body to next year’s Committee.
