Based in Dallas, Texas, and endorsed by the Texas Tenants Union (www.txtenants.org), Tenants United For Fairness (TUFF) is an informal, national, grass-roots alliance of apartment tenants (and other interested citizens) who want regulatory and legislative relief from the continual abuses of landlords nation-wide. "Mandatory Cable TV" is the first issue we are addressing with this current petition.
