Sludge from the Bay Park Sewage Treatment Plant in East Rockaway, New York, is being illegally dumped into Reynolds Channel.
Bay Park Plant officials have admitted to the dumping violations!
The DEC (Department of Environmental Conservation) has confirmed the violations!
The Bay Park Sewer Treatment plant is clearly in disrepair, but Nassau County officials are dragging their feet to fix it, hoping the complainers will just go away.

My kids swim there all summer. This is absolutely sickening.
Cant believe this is happening in our own backyard. So tired of the corruption.
Caught them on video and they still dont stop. Put them in jail.
