Comments: I think Cisco should find a solution to stop these braindumps from coming up. At the end of the day people who use braindumps and dont understand the technology will be found out in the industry. There is nothing more better than studying hard and passing a Cisco exam its a great feeling. My 2cents.

Comments: Braindumps and just memorizing the answers only turns a valuable certification into just a piece of paper. If you truly understand the material you will be able to pass the test without using a braindump site.

Comments: I don't think there is any solution for this. Only best way to filter these kind of fake "technos" is for every corporate to develope a high grade screening process while hiring a person(which a lot of corporate already do cause they don't want to waste their time and resources involved in hiring just to find out that the person hired is a total junkie!) A panel of experienced people in the industry(probably ccies) should be sitting and taking their interview on phone and face to face. This way corporates not only save money by doing correct hiring but also save customers network getting sabotaged!

Comments: I think certified people without appropriate knowledge reveal themselves very quickly. Or they can be easily revealed by means of intensive screening. Therefore I do not care much about braindumps and I do not feel threaten by people abusing them. Regarding your request on Cisco. Ad 1. There is always something for something. This would need much additional effort for each test Cisco maintains and I guess it does not pay off. Or it would increase the cost of tests to much higher levels, which in consequence will force even more people to cheat. The issue is not so hot to Cisco so far, so they probably want to keep current system although they are aware of the problem. Ad 2. Increasing variations would not help anyway.

Comments: Having a Cisco certificate should proove your knowladge. To get my CCNP and CCVP certification I attended evengin classes and I studied at home a lot. I understand the technology very good and I cannot agree that other people are rated at the same level as my by studying braindumps only. Cisco should do sth quick otherwise its certificate will lose its value as there are too many people who are giving a bad word to Cisco Certified Engineers.

Comments: For me the problem is in the CCNA Examination was imperfect knowledge of English. Acceding 849 points, I won 831 points and I am almost convinced that to achieve the level CCNA English me to dismiss. That's not fair on the part of Cisco, the tests are only in English in Europe.
