The Bureau for public Health in West Virginia is changing the rule with reguard to wastewater treatment plants and operators licenses this change will lower the standards to a dangerous level and have the ability to harm not only public health but the water ways in West Virginia. This day and age we connot afford to take a step backwards we must demand that our water ways remain protected. Please sign if you reside in West Virginia.
