Bullying in the Workplace is horrible and quite common. It can be a co-worker, supervisor, manager, CEO etc. There are no laws against this. You can be targeted because you are fat, ugly, weak, too strong, not liked etc. Bullies target people for all kinds of reasons. But they are also manipulative, sly, sneaky and evil. Most companies claim they do not tolerate this kind of behavior but when it happens the one bullied is left feeling unsatisfied, guilty, helpless, scared and/or angry. Thats because companies seem to not do enough to the bully or dont believe the person bullied because theres no witnesses. Alot of times you just quit the job, stop coming to work or/and just suffer. But when you snap you will be put in jail without any compassion to what you've been through. Sign this petition to make a change!
