Comments: Is the town not charging enough anyway? Maybe if unnecesary groundhog homes and rediculous "extras" weren't being put up our bills would not have to be upped.

Comments: This is insane, I pay $50 a month and that is after usage. That would al,ost be doubling my water bill before I have even used any!! How are people supposed to afford a house when they are a single mother and this is how the town treats them!! Not nice at all!!

Comments: I understand the need to ensure that adequate funds are generated to cover the current and future operating needs of the water/sewer system. However, the current proposed method of billing does not promote conservation thru reduced consumption. NOT when the "fixed" monthly charges will be $90/mth - which is outrageous. The billing methods should be 100% user pay based on rates per meter used. This rate is not rocket science to figure out. This would ensure that those using the most water are billed accordingly.

Comments: Please stop this nonsense...clearly we should of stayed with the flats rate system because now that most residents are saving money on their bill by conserving you have to raise the rates that were just set less than six months ago...you make yourselves appear unable to handle your position as elected officials.

Comments: THIS IS GETTING PRETTY SICK WHEN THIS LITTLE TOWN IS PAYING MORE THAN THE CITY OF GUELPH RESIDENCE ARE PAYING FOR SEWER AND WATER. HOW CAN THE TOWN CHARGE FOR SEW WITH OUT SOME SORT OF A METER, NOT ALL THE WATER WE USE GOES TO THE SEW. THINK ABOUT IT IF YOU WATER YOUR GARDENS OR WASH YOUR CAR THIS IS NOT GOING INTO THE SEWER. WHY SHOULD WE ALWAYS PAY FOR THE TOWNS SCREW UPS.
