We are now in the era where everyone owns a smart phone or some other kind of video device; the result? A lot of videos on YouTube. Now, with all those videos we are going to come across some bad ones, and we have. Lately I have gone on YouTube and seen videos of people in elementary school, high school and even post secondary bullying each other and fighting each other. This is not okay. It is not okay for bullying to happen in the first place, but what's worse is after you're bullied you get a video of yourself being physically abused online for the world to see. Not only do these videos hurt the victims even more, but they make it okay and encouraged for the fighting to continue. After posting these videos the user will get comments such as: "ya f*ck him up" and "that fight suked next time make him bleed" from other people. YouTube is supposed to be a place where your videos are posted after they are checked for content. I have even tried flagging some of these videos for the last month for "youth violence" and no action as been made. Help me raise awareness of this subject to stop violence on YouTube!
