Dear Citizens, It's time to get up and stand up against the US consulates abroad that not only deny visa to legal visa applicants that have meet all the requirements and the burden of proofs to meet the provisions of the law but also to tell them to stop delaying, and refusing to issue visas to American citizen spouses and family members that NVC already properly and duly approved. The use of 221g in most cases are bias and waste tax payers money and has no place in American values. Their so called administrative processing is a big tool to frustrate and harm anyone including American citizen families abroad. Among others, US Embassy in Dakar (Senegal), we strongly believe and support to fully scrutinize anyone who wants to come in US soil. We also would speak up and denounce all US consulates who use their power and overuse the 221g. This overuse of 221g is costly and unnecessary to tax payers. It wastes time and the limited resources our government agencies have on hand. They more often use it beyond common sense. Our families and we are watching powerlessly to the unfairness. Those who deny or delay our loves ones to come visit us or stay with us have their families with them. They do not suffer as we do. Something has to be done. We want the State Department, the Department of Homeland Security and to Whom It May Concern to put pressure on US consulates to do the right thing and not be arrogant, discriminatory, condescending and bias. We call in the Congress to review the law and make it tough for people who are not eligible to enter the country but difficult for the US consulates to deny eligible visa applicants and be very firm on consulates that are arrogant, discriminatory, bias, delaying or denying a family-based immigrant visas already and properly approved by the NVC. Family members are stuck overseas because of US consulate personal's bias view. It does not matter to them if the bona fide evidence is met. What matter is their personal feeling or view of your case, or too bad who you are.
