The mental health system in Charlotte, North Carolina is being used as a weapon of choice against Domestic/Family Violence Victims. There are no safeguards in place to prevent this brutal, inhumane destruction of lives and families. Anyone that has a grudge, wants to alter or destroy the lives of anyone can go to a magistrate, tell a lie, any life and have someone falsely committed to a mental health facility. This practice is being used to commit crimes against Domestic Violence victims, therefore rendering them incredible and subject to inhumane abuses and no protection under the law. This practice is happening in an effort that the criminal perpetrator is able to avoid prosecution of the crimes committed against their victims. This practice needs to end and I appreciate your support.
