Geiger True Value in Chilicothe takes in kittens (and from what I was told puppies as well) and gives them away FREE with a $5 purchase. After contacting the Ill Dept of Ag all they would do is give the store a citation for not disclosing where the animals came from but the store continues to do so. As you are all animal lovers please sign this petition to get this to stop. Not only are these kittens ending up in possibly bad situations but they may not be getting the vet care they need nor being fixed which is why there are so many to begin with. Thank you!
