On Lenore Road, there is a big collection of teddies put on a fence. The history started by an 'Elmo' toy on a stick. After that, the collection grew and then the City of Wanneroo council noticed it and put signs on the collection, saying to stop or the council would remove them. Another petition was set up and the council backed off but are still threatening to remove the teddies. I call to stop putting more teddies up as the collection is big enough and because the council will remove them, so please listen to me and do what's best to the teddies.
