We live in the land of the free supposedly, yet we can't make our own decisions as adults about synthetic marijuana. Due to the studies of 2010 and younger people younger than 18 are getting ahold of it. It is not the store or products responsibility to watch what happens once the product leaves the premises. It's just like if I went to the store and bought alcohol for a minor and gave to the minor after left premises that store did not know what I was going to do. So how can you hold stores responsible for the synthetic marijuana? Also how is right that an ex-cop can sell the synthetic and not get in trouble. It's almost like it’s all about the money. If you’re going to arrest one person for having it then all should be not pick and choose who goes to jail for the same thing. In conclusion no store should be held responsible for what happens after product leaves the premises/store. It's just the same with tobacco and alcohol. One more note you can still purchase synthetic online and have shipped to Ohio. How about we start taking a stand on this matter and speak up.
