Now comes the People of the United States of America, sickened, humiliated and impoverished by pure Wall Street greed. Greed that carefully plotted the real estate bubble as evidenced by its casino style bets against the very market it designed by gutting the regulatory body that would have prevented these hybrid securities from having ever existed. Now the people have watched as Wall street bankers have buried the American Public in upside down properties and debt. The people have discovered that the Bank who sold their mortgage to them doesnt even own the mortgage. The people have discovered the completely illegal securitization ponzi scheme being served by these Robo-signers. The people of the United States have suffered the creation of MERS corp., a company envisioned and owned by the who's who of predatory banks. A company specifically in the business to hide who the real parties of interest are in mortgages. A company for which thousands and thousands of people currently claim to be working (as vice presidents with authority to execute foreclosure documents) but from whom never do they receive a paycheck nor do these people have any idea what they are signing. (these are the Robo-signors) A company who claims to be the beneficiary of your Mortgage note, but will get nothing if you pay your mortgage off. A company who claims to have rights to your property and your deed in the land record just to trick your local judge into waiving standard UCC law and trick you out of your property. A company designed to make it possible and in fact easy to foreclose on real property even when the servicer has no paper trail whatsoever and cannot produce the instruments upon which their foreclosure procedure legally relies. The people have watched as the wealthiest Americans whose greed and indifference to creating long term value caused an enormous collapse and then in turn used their ill gotten money and influence over Washington DC and the media to absolutely empty the national treasury for their own benefit. Under the guise of an economic bail out for us all they stole money with no intention of allowing it to inure to the benefit of American Homeowners. A theft to pilfer not only every dollar but pilfer years of future dollars from our national treasury.. They had the Treasury borrow dollars from you so they could steal them. Then these wealthy bankers look down upon you and say "Oh you just want what we have, we are better than you and deserve a better life, stop being a beatnik protester" It is time to put these people in Jail or hang them for high treason.
