Comments: Me & My family were got entrapped because of false allegation of blasphemy. I am against what’s going on in Pakistan on name of religion. It has to be stop and all of us should stand against it if we want to see the change. Only became a sorry on the death of innocent persons wont change anything. "If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth." 1 John 3:17-18

Comments: In reading Quid-e-Azam's speech of 11th of August, 1947, he stated that all citizens are equal in the state, which has nothing to do with religion! Out of this principle of equality - please allow Christians in Pakistan the freedom to practice their religion and to proclaim their religion publicly. The world watches - people matter, please allow these people, who are Christians, the freedom to live out their faith without fear of persecution.

Comments: Congratulations on this important initiative. I pray that all you are doing will result in the Governmemnt and people of Pakistan respecting the rights of all citizens to freedom of faith; that the persecution will cease and that the authorities will ensure the protection of each and every person in Pakistan. I also hope that this petition and the demonstration will be a source of encouragement to those who have suffered so much and who are still so vulnerable in Pakistan today.

Comments: What to say and do as they all are in it together and support each other all the way. As long as it is continuing in the name of religion, there is no stop to to it. As seen, no one is coming forward in the aid to the minorities in Pakistan, Govt. or any other religious group, what a shame...............

Comments: 1. At our Christmas vigil in Accrington, Lancashire, in protest at the persecution of minorities in Pakistan, especially Christians, we invited each other to imagine the same thing happening in British culture. The majority refusing to allow any minorities any rights. No more mosques, temples etc. Present ones burned down by mobs. Several dozen being injured or torched on the eve of Eid or half way through Ramadam. The police shrugging their shoulders and taking no action in case they offend the majority. Worshippers of minority religions subjugated to second-class citzenship. Of course, this could never happen so long as we continue to live in a liberal Christian democracy. 2. We have received support from the Lancashire Council of Mosques (particularly their chairman Salim Mullah) and also from Lancashire Hindus. The Muslims, in particular, are embarrassed that distorted expressions of their religion should be used to subjugate others. Muslims are keen to celebrate their freedoms here and wish it for other minorities elsewhere. 3. There is a nervousness that further atrocities abroad may eventually begin to erode the good will towards minorities in the UK. 4. It is good to challenge each other in our view of God and free will. Some of our religions stem from God's written revelation in which we are called to celebrate the gift of free will to Adam and Eve and humanity. We rejoice in a God who gives freely and in love. This is the God who calls us to act like Him because we are made in his image. When we deny freedom of choice and religion to others we are not acting like our Maker. We are being decidely unGodly.

Comments: It is utterly shameful what happens to the Christians in Pakistan if they offend Muslims. I see little support from the Police so the Government must do somthing about this and not fear the extremist backlash. God will bless those who do what is right!
