We the residents of Cedar Park Gardens and Birchdale Gardens are frustrated by the constant high noise level emanating from the worksite at 8A Cedar Park Gardens. Not only is the noise loud during work times but it is crossing the threshold of the work time stipulations agreed within the original planning application for the site. We petition Redbridge Council to resolve this matter by:
1. identifying through an investigation of noise level any breach of sound legislation,
2. investigating working hours, correlating these with the original planning permision for the site and relaying a warning to the owners for any breaches.
