In Idaho, our dairy, agriculture and farm workers are not eligible for overtime wages.  They put in some over 72 hrs a week of work and do not get compensated for the extra hours they put in.  These workers put in long hours doing hard labor.  Some make barely over minimum wage.  How is this right that they are one of the only employees in the work force that are not eligible for over time pay.  They work just as hard as other employees. They spend so long at work away from their spouses an children to try and provide for their families and are paid poor wages to do so.  Idaho is an agricultural and farming community yet we pay our agricultural and farm workers the lowest of wages.  How is our community supposed to grow and thrive if we take these employees for granted like this.
