Stop the MI GOP Corruption

BREAKING MI PRIMARY NEWS....STOP THE CORRUPTION AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF MICHIGAN REPUBLICAN PARTY...SIGN THE PETITION TODAY In what was literally a middle of the night, smoke-filled backroom, the Establishment of the Michigan Republican Party voted to ignore its own Rules (which were submitted to the Republican National Committee on February 7, 2012) and to ignore the results of Tuesday's Primary Election. While the math is very clear, Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney each won 1 at-Large Delegate based on Tuesday's vote, this BACKROOM BAND, headed by the MI GOP Chairman, Bobby Schostak, met in SECRET, late last night, and voted to award both at-Large voting Delegates to Mitt Romney. How could they do this you ask? How could they IGNORE their own RULES? Simple. They're the Establishment, and since the voters didn't vote the way they wanted, they're just going to pretend the vote never happened.

Maybe it was said best by Policy Committee Chairman Mike Cox:  "I supported Mitt.  But the vote was clearly wrong.  It's kind of like Third World voting.  We published rules, and then we voted to change the rules."

No matter which candidate you supported, the RULES that were in place for this Election should be followed. And they should never be changed AFTER THE FACT. Sign the Petition today, and tell the Backroom Band, headed by the MI GOP Chair, Bobby Schostak, they're not going to get away with this! Stop the MI GOP Corruption!
