We need your signature in order to present this petition to the Supreme Court of West Virginia. The family court in Hampshire County is using illegal practices to take children away from their parents. Laws are being broken, and this court continues to get away with it. Peoples' civil rights are being violated. Attorneys and guardian ad litems perjure themselves with the courts knowledge, without consequence. Children are given to parents that are convicted felons, known narcotics abusers, domestic violence violators amongst various other crimes. Children are also put into dangerous situations in which molestation has occurred. Our child is in danger and in fear of her own life. Please help and make these people held accountable for their poor decisions and law breaking ways. More people need to stand up for civil rights, and this is just the beginning for us.
