To San Luis Obispo County Building Dept and County Supervisor. We the Citizens of San Luis Obispo County demand a stop to the destruction of Van Gordon creek. This water shed belongs to the people of this State. And this has a effect on our clean water supply. Not only doe's this concern us, but the many endangered species listed in Fish and Game report that had to be killed when this destruction by heavy equipment that entered the Van Gordon creek. We ask that all people who were in this system be held responsible for there actions. There are numerous contractors that were in this creek. Some not mention in Fish and Game report. We ask that the laws that protect these species be upheld and a report be made to us the citizens who care for these endangered species and the ones who do not want our waters polluted.There is a eighty page Fish and Game report in San Luis Obispo Court house on this.
