Stop the State fish and wildlife department from draining and destroying the Buckmier slogh, a wetland habitat for the endangered Western Pond Turtle and the Sand Hill Crane. Help stop the removal of over 2 million tax payer dollars worth of environmental regulation equipment; including pumps and water control Structures. As well as prevent the spending of another projected 13 million in the attempts to obtain very Marginal juvenile Salmon numbers. The drainage of the Buckmier slough will lead to erosion and sitting of the area and can cause permanent ecological damage to the habitat of these protected animals as well as numerous waterfowl and aquatic creatures.
