Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is put to death by the state as a punishment for a crime. The death penalty is one of the worst consequences that anyone has been put through. We are sentencing people to death over seas and even some austrailians are being held up from leaving their country and being killed. Over in australia if a drug smugler was to try to smuggle drugs they are sentenced to jail. The death penalty isn't torture. It's DEATH. It can't be undone. Help me stop Death Penalty
