I believe pedestrianizing oxford street will have many consequences not only more crowded areas along the route of oxford street as everyone will use the pavements also my mum on a Saturday morning is in oxford street at 2:30am and I feel this is unsafe to be going on your own whereas a bus is safer as the driver is there.
