The dog barking has become a nuisance in an otherwise tranquil neighborhood.

Please sign this petition and I will take it to our commissioner, James C. Higgins. The first step in negotiations is to show them that we  are unified, and it is more than one disgruntled person. I am sure that, together, we can find a resolution to this issue.
