Potpourri spice, an herb sold in many smoke shops across the central region of the Rio Grande Valley in Texas. The product is usually sold in individual packets ranging from 2.5g to 8g. The spice is smoked by many of the residences in Harlingen, Texas, but, there are many other's who believe that spice should be banned because of it's effects which have been scientificially proven to be less harmful than the effects marijuana gives which includes THC a chemical found in marijuana which gives the smoker helucinations and is known to cause to death. If the city decides to ban spice the economy in Harlingen, Texas will suffer and taxes will go higher making it even harder for low income families to provide for their families with necessities such as milk, bread, and gas prices will go up higher than they already are.
