We (the British Government), must create our own Glass-Steagall act for the UK, history has shown the the great depression of the 1930's was caused by the banks, buying/owning public banks and using the public money to gamble (sorry invest), without any regard for those wohes money it is; it's like you and me going into a casino, gambling as much as we kile, loseng all of our money and then on our way out of the casino they will say, don't worry, you wont need to pay us back anything, the public purse will pay. Lats stop this now! bring in a UK version of the Glass-Steagall act and do it now!
