Telkom holds the monopoly on fixed line services, Goverment says that internet must be a basic service to all South Africans, by letting Telkom's continual price hikes and dragging of feet, this basic right can never be affordable. We urge Goverment wake up and smell the roses. Change the way Telkom operates and change it now, not next year and fire the whole communications board for lack of vision.
