Hello to all. My Name is Karina Vodden & i'm from Wodonga Victoria Australia. I Am Creating this petition for a reason. I gave birth to a beautiful little boy named Callum Vodden on January 3rd 2010 without knowing that 47 days later that not only my life but that of my little boy & my family would be turned upside down because of False Allegations of Various People in Wodonga including The Child Stealer's Wodonga Office, Various MCHN's in Wodonga Victoria, Former Lawyers & Also Various Magistrates & Judges in Various Court's in Wodonga & Melbourne Victoria Australia. For The Last 6 & A Half Years my son's case has been going which has since been shut by Judge Paul Lacava from Melbourne County Court on 11th December 2013 & there are currently No Court Orders in Place on Callum as they are Fraudulent & there are No Current Court Proceedings In Relation to Callum Either & Callum is also not covered by The Family Violence Orders, as The Two People Callum is currently residing with Do Not Retain Legal Guardianship or Custody of Callum whatsoever where evidence can be produced to state this as there are Cross Border Anomalies with my case because of State Laws & Does Not Involve Federal Laws as The Fraudulent Order was not made in The Federal Circuit Court of Australia which covers Australia Wide & A State Order Does Not. Vexatious Lies & Frivolous Allegations is what started it off to having Callum Stolen from My Care & the Allegations Kept Extending & Changing I Have Had Everything Thrown at Me Including: Fake Medical Conditions, The Mental Health Card, Physical Health Issues that Do Not Impact on My Care of Callum (If it did i have Callum's Maternal Grandmother to Help With His Daily Care if needed) that I Am Unable to Provide Basic Care, Not Being Able to Ensure Callum's Safety let Alone Consistency or Reliability that I Have Poor Impulse Control, My Parental Capacity being brought into question ( A Alleged Intellectual Disability & A Alleged Medical Condition Which It Has Been Alleged I Have Passed Out from & That I Don't Have The Correct Medication to Treat It, I have never passed out from this condition as i have not had it since April 2008) then there is the Emotional Warmth & Responsiveness between me & my son where it is alleged i have verbally abused Callum with various profanities NEVER HAPPENED & also physically assaulting him for misbehavior NEVER HAPPENED, My Inability to Solve Problems, Social Supports which i was never offered whatsoever as claimed & Behavior Management Issues that was a alleged concern, the fact i am Alleged to Be on the Borderline of having A Form of Mild Mental Retardation. Since the day Callum was taken from my care & placed through multiple homes in various people's hands is where his Physical, Emotional, Mental & Psychological & Other Forms of Abuse & Serious Medical Neglect Started til the present date, which has resulted in many physical injuries, medical conditions that are not being acknowledged & multiple hospitalizations because of the ongoing abuse & neglect. Multiple Complaints have been lodged everywhere including: Paige Smith from the Child Abuse & Neglect Unit at Wodonga Cop Shop, MP's, Both Ministers for Children Old & New, The Victorian Ombudsman, The Corporate Integrity Unit in Box Hill Victoria, also Medical Professionals Who Have Committed Perjury in Medical Notes & Other Agencies All Who Have Swept Callum's Abuse in All Forms & Medical Neglect Under The Carpet & is being denied ever happened to Callum. Callum's Current Placement where he has been since 12th July 2010 til the present date was one of the worst placements he could have been placed with the MGF who had been cut out of my life for the personal safety of myself & my family for personal reasons & for the physical safety of others. I Am Asking for Help to Save My Little Boy Before Anymore Damage is Done to His Physical & Emotional Well Being & Callum's Physical Safety & The Personal Safety & Well Being of Myself & My Family from Harm. & Not Have The Perpetrators of Abusing A Innocent Child where there is Domestic & Family Violence Involved & They Have The Full Arm of The Law To Protect Them from Prosecution & Jail for Making False Allegations & Using Multiple Dates of Births on Multiple Applications to Obtain Fraudulent Orders. Stop People Like This from Abusing A Already Failing System That is Destroying Families Like Mine just so they can earn a profit & drag cases like mine & others parent/s cases on for years & Stop Denying Children their Rights to Live in A Safe Caring & Nurturing Environment & Free from Harm.
