My family and I yesterday was sitting down to have an ice cream after leveing are new welmart and a guy in his car down from us took a picture of my little girl who is 7 my wife told me what he did so i asked him and he took nother one and then took off in his car i called police and they stoped him and found two full camras and he is a sex offender of kid's .But because he's not on perole they could not take him to jail for this my little girl is scared now it wrong .
