Sarah has lived on her own land for almost 18 years, long story short she didn't realise she needed planning permission to live there. In 2008, 2 neighbors complained, the council got invloved they refeused retrospective planning permission to stay there in her caravan. and she is now being evited in april. She lives on her land with her 9 horses and various other rescue animals. she has taken in numerous rescue animals which have been abandoned nursing them back to health 24/7. the house which the council have provided is too far away for her too keep helping out animals. plus the fact the council have told her all domestic animals have to be removed, and her provided flat has a strict no animals policy. think, if this lady is evicted, what will happen to the domestic animals?? what will happen to all thoses foals she have reared from when they were abandoned? feeds every hour? she wont be able to! what will happen then?
