Stop Santander Consumer

Santander Consumer has negatively affected hundreds of thousands of hard working people with their unethical and dishonest business practices. We have suffered financially, mentally, and have been forced to waste a monumental amount of time which usually results in nothing but a loan that becomes concievably impossible to pay off. Santander Consumer harasses their consumers with no humane border lines and continues to make millions upon millions of dollars robbing people struggling to make a living with their bulldozer tactics, misinforming representatives, and hidden agendas. It is time we stand up to this corrupt underhanded company. United we can make the difference and expose this company!

  • Anonymous The worst experiences I have ever had in nearly 20 years of business and over 20 years of personnal bank accounts !!! This organization should be stayed away from at all costs. After all the money I moved through this bank, I have been reduced to something they can try to extract interest and fees from. The true HORROR STORY of what this istitution did to me is to hard to tell and requires me hiring an attorney at the least.

  • Alan harvier I've never been late in the 3 yrs I've been with them I made a agreement with them to pay 300 then pay 245three days later so my payment was really 3days late each time they charge 10.95 extra I called them after payment posted to reset auto pay which I was told by lady on phone needed managers approval which was fine .only when payment was due they didn't take automaticaly from my account so I called and asked what the f... And they told me I as 2days late again that they never can restart auto pay by phone that I had to do it online in which I replied then what was getting the managers approval about the last time I which they told me they couldn't have done in all in all I had to pay another late fee of 10.95 again and was told again to re register online again .i am fed up with this company I only had this one late payment which I arranged with them prior .and all they want to do is lie to you and add late fees I've read a lot of negative things about santander after the fact I was trapped by them they are bad business with con man tactics
