STOP PLACING STALKING VICTIMS AT RISK All over this country, women are being placed at risk by police departments that call their stalker when the woman files a violation to her Order for Protection or her No Contact Harassment Restraining Order. When the woman has had to relocate and files violations of their order, police departments are calling the stalker and at that point, releases her new location to the stalker. In the instances where this is police perpetrated or the stalker has connected to a police department, this is can become lethal to the victim. A stalker that is committed to the hunt and police connected is a lethal stalker. This practice needs to end and it should be required by all police departments to never continue this practice and to stop revictimizing the victim.
