We pay road tax and insurance, why do we have to pay again to park or put petrol in our cars? It is getting more and more difficult to use our cars because of the rising charges. Governments should insist that petrol suppliers make petrol and diesel more "green" to reduce pollution, not penalise the people who buy these products.
