STOP OVERNIGHT ALCOHOL SALES IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

139 Signatures Goal: 175

In a 3Y/2N vote, the LRB (License Review Board) recommended approval for a wine and beer license at the proposed 24-hour service station and convenience store in at the northwest corner of Ansley Park (formerly the Shell station).

The prospect of a retailer selling cash and carry beer and wine in the middle of the night next to our homes raises concerns about increased crime and other trouble coming to Sherwood Forest's doorstep. We want the applicant to agree to shut down operations altogether between midnight and 6 a.m. every morning, in addition to granting us lighting, site plan and other considerations. Thank you for your support.
