Crawford Central School District is considering outsourcing all support staff (secretaries, janitors, teaching aids/classroom aids, kitchen staff), meaning firing those currently working in these positions and bringing in a company to provide these services. As students of this district, we see the value of each of these individuals in our daily school life. We do not feel that we will receive the same level of support if these positions are outsourced. We demand that CCSD school board recognizes the importance of each of these individuals, and does not out source the jobs they do so well.
