Obama is planning on reducing our nuclear arms by 80%. This reduction will send us (militarily) back to 1950's. With the constant threat of nuclear war from Iran, backed up by China and Russia, just what is Obama thinking? Or is he! While he continues to rip-up our constitutional rights, what's next?
