I am creating this petition to see what my fellow citizens feel. I myself, Do not agree with the idea of storing Nuclear Waste anywhere near my community. I believe that there has not been enough research done, nor has there been enough industries willing to prove the safety of it anyway. The only individuals promoting the idea is the corporation storing it. I think that if 1,250 people in this community which is near half, are against it, that it should be enough for our municipality to actually re-think this " Big " decision they are planning to make. This is completely opinion, so please do not bash it. I'm thinking about my family, not about the possible economic boost that the township is thinking about.
