Net 10 tracphones only allot you a short amount of time to utilize hours worth of minutes. If you don't utilize ALL of them by that set time, they take the minutes away from you. The only way that you can keep them is by buying extra minutes. Once a consumer buys something, it's THEIRS! It is nobody's business if and when they choose to use the items they purchased. This is Net10's way of milking their customers of their hard-earned money. Almost like black mail. "Buy more of our product, or we'll take away what you already own!" Take action! Claim, and keep what is already yours! Net10, let your customers keep their unused minutes. Give them roll-over minutes. They bought them, they OWN them! Would a shop keeper take a dress away from a paid client if she didn't wear it by the end of the month? Would a grocery store clerk confiscate the food you bought if you didn't eat it all by a set time? Of course not! Why should Net10 be any different?
