He may be put down for the ignorance of Kyle Dyer, a new anchor that antaganized the dog. Watch  the video she wouldn't not take her hands off him after he is obviously upset about her being all over him then she leans in the kiss him. He did what any animal would do out of nature he bit her. This is not Max's fault he felt threatend. She should have known bette. An innocent life should not be lost because of this lady's ignorance.
