Are you fed up of Companies who create a limited company and later close down and re-open in another name. Please sign this petiton and hope that the government will take notice. I am sick to death of companies who are killing the small businesses and owing them money and going through, then setting back up in another name and carrying on as if nothing had ever happened, only the fact that they may have cost the other person their livelyhood. There should be something out there that does not allow this person to open or get involved with another company for at least 5 years, perhaps they would think twice.
