There are two footways but only one way narrow road which can not block at any time for safety reason for ambulance, fire brigade, market traders and for public. There is an alternative footway but not the road. Petition is to protect Brick lane market traders from parking tickets while them loading or unloading their vehicles for Sunday market. Council should support traders.
