When a pregnant woman is an illegal smuggled into this country to give birth, that child (or children) should NOT have automatic American citizenship. This is a very pronounced problem at our boarders today. There are documented cases of this happening many time and on a monthly basis. The cost to each State involved is enormous, as it is to the Federal Government. We could greatly reduce our debits in this one area alone. It is an antiquated law and should be taken out of use.
