This Petition is a order to Congress to immediately Secure the Border with the National Guard until a more permanent solution arises and to stop President Obama's efforts to make millions of illegal immigrants citizens of the USA and return them to Mexico or where ever they came from and re-instate Immigration and Naturalization Services and allow them to do their jobs without White House intervention.
