Name: Lester J. Snoderly on Jan 29, 2013Comments: We do not need any health care exchange. I like my healthcare provider and services. My health records are not the business of the state or federal government. My 20 years of military service in two wars and 2 military combat actions are enough federal information about me. I like my freedom and the health care exchanges I firmly believe is a violation of my 1st Admenment Rights.Flag

Name: Donna Capurso on Jan 30, 2013Comments: Butch Otter doesn't get this. He has sent out "A Call to Action" to sign his own petition in support of a state exchange. He needs to start listening to his constituents! A state insurance exchange would in fact be federally mandated Obamacare under a different name. The big insurance companies continue to attempt to have an insurance exchange created in Idaho. The health insurance industry wants the taxpayers to foot the bill for an exchange that will benefit the health insurance industry. This is a perfect example of “crony capitalism” at its best, by making laws and regulations that benefit a private concern. This is not capitalism or free enterprise; this is government intervention in a private company to produce a desired result, aka crony capitalism. Our legislators need to stand strong against Ottercare.Flag
